Can't attach zip-file

Hello there,

I'd like to attach a zip-file to a post, size = 19.4 kB. You keep refusing it - "Exceeds forum quota by 11.3 kB". .... why? I thought the max size for zips is just over 97 kB.

We've made a fix on our side, hopefully it solves the problem. Please try to attach a zip file again.
