why do some members have an icon off while they are on ?

i need to make some of my letter (bold) or underlined..or red..but i do not know how ?

for making your text like this you just have to write these tags, without any space between the text in the "[ ]"

for bold - [ b ] text [ / b ]
for underlined - [ u ] text [ / u ]

and for a colored one - [ color=red or any other color you want ] text [/ color]



also when you go to advanced mode: you will see above buttons where from you can choose how to edit your text

and here you can see what more options you have and how to apply them

what is banning members?
i read that in a closed thread ..caused it ?

Banning removes the member and prevents the member from rejoining the forum until the ban is removed.
And I think the ban is by IP, so if the member try to rejoin by new account it wouldn't work because of his/her IP adress.
