ok so i've been hearing this song on the radio and mostly from AE! its the song that plays on your comercial! i dont remember how it goes cuz its a fast song... something like "c'mon everybody to the end with me " hah idk i think thats what i heard!! please help im desperate!

i'm guessing it's 'nth degree' by morningwood.

but the new ok go song 'do what you want' says c'mon c'mon a lot, and it's on a commercial for something, so perhaps that's it.

hopefully the new ok go video shows up on our new dvd.. we played a million ways awhile back and that was fun to watch. their new video looks better though because they dance on treadmills.

ok. so i'm thinking people need to be more specific with their descriptions of songs because most of them i have no clue what songs everyone is asking for and i pretty much have the whole dvd memorized.

now here are some tips for asking about a song.
-first, give a listen to ae radio at ea.com.
-if you can't find the song there give us all the lyrics you know or kind of know or maybe know.
-and tell us if it's a male or female singing.
-also, tell us what genre or type it is. ex. hip hop, punk, techno..you get the idea.
-and tell us about the video.
-lastly, we don't really need to be told you were at american eagle the other day because duh, we know.
-oh and next time you're in ae and hear a song you like..maybe go take a look at the song title and artist for yourself?

ps. i'm probably coming off as *****y, but i really don't mean to be..heh. =)

That song is by one of my favorite bands - Snow Patrol! It's called "Hands Open".

So.... of all the AE employee's here, who has had the Aerie meeting already? It was kind of retarded but I'm sure the customers will like Aerie. I got 2 "I <3 Aerie Girls" t-shirts. Too bad I'm gay.

i was in ae today and there was a video on and i was wondering if anyone knows the name of the song..it was hip-hop, a female singer, i think there was a male rapper featured too. and all i remember was "di di di di di di di di da da dey" thankss

My store started playing the new DVD today! It is entirely downtempo songs because of the Aerie launch.

Over My Head is on it. Also "Catch My Disease" is played 3 times throughout the 3.25 hour long DVD. Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol is on it.

ok, so i lied.. we're playing the aerie dvd through the first week of october.

we just had our meeting tonight. it was funny because one of the guys on staff was like, 'can i cross out girls and put guys?'. and then some of the responses written on the 'i love aerie because..' papers were pretty funny too.. '..i get to look at sexy bustforms all day'; 'butt chunk' (inside joke). at least we have fun at our meetings, otherwise they'd be pretty boring (more than they are, anyway)

the new dvd is ANNOYING! oh my god, listening to it for six hours makes me want to shoot myself. it's all mellow and they play that wretched ben lee song, 'catch my disease' every four or five songs! plus, they also play that new song he made 'just for aerie and just for you' that is so cheesy it's not even funny.. the song alone is bad enough, but the music video with the aerie models and him singing and dancing is just too much. granted there are some good songs on there.. i like the ones by the postal service, waking ashland and daniel powter, to name a few (out of the five or six i like :-p), and even the sia song w/ the pictures would be good if it also wasn't repeated every few songs. i know that they made this dvd to be soft and mellow and appeal to the girls, but seriously, couldn't they have added at least a few upbeat songs? i actually think that they just put crazy by gnarles barkley on there for the guys, because it totally doesn't fit in with the rest of the dvd. the first day we played it, i already was sick of it a few hours into my shift. i can't believe we have to play this crap for the next month.. :-p

some songs i hope make the next dvd (some of these are ones we've already played, but they're soooo good..)
here it goes - ok go (LOVE the video.. plus we played a million ways last year, so here's hoping we'll play this, too)

float on - modest mouse.. or another song by them, like the world at large

had a bad day - daniel powter (i can't help it, i like it)

everything is alright - motion city soundtrack
get back - ludacris

i'm sure there's more, but those are the ones that come to mind right now..

i'm in love with the new cd. i <3 ben lee, zero 7, the postal service, bright eyes, gavin degraw, tegan and sara, and gwen stefani. but i don't <3 macy gray and rhianna. sadly by the time we're done using the cd i will probably hate ben lee..i don't want to catch his disease 30 times a day, thanks.

I am new, but I have been looking for a song for a very long time. I saw the video in American Eagle but foolishly left before I could see who it was by. It had 2 guys in it. One was nerdy looking with glasses while the other one kinda looked gansta and I think he was playing a keyboard in the video. I remember the video having like flashing lights in it and it was techno sounding. I have no idea what group its by or what the song is called but I believe I saw it around march-april this year. some one please help!

The song was very sad and slow, emo. It was sung by a male. The only line I remember is 'don't throw in the towel' or something along those lines. Its a boy pleading with a girl not to give up on them. Any suggestions? It was a beautiful song.

I didn't look at the tv..couldn't see it. But it reminded me of a football player..maybe it was the line in the song about the towel. I really can't remember much else.

I was in AE about a month or a month and a half ago ( hopefully the timeframe reference will help!) and a song was playing by a girl..

I dont know who it was but the lyrics go something like " Why do you want to hurt me, Im just like you". She is very forlorn.

If anyone knows who the artist is and what the song is called I will love you forever haha.

OMG I cant believe it...thank you thank you than you. Ive had that song in my head for weeks now!!!! It was driving me nuts b.c I liked it so much but had no freakin clue who it was and Im usually pretty good at recognizing musicians music.

Hey, just wondering if anyone knew this song... its sung by a guy, pretty low key, it was playing today if that helps, and some of the lyrics were like, "my face is asymmetrical," or something like that and then it goes on and says something about perfect with you or something like that, and ends with a lot of "I love you" 's if anyone knows this song, please please let me know what it is! thanks!
