ur right, the arabic words are false. i listened to the song and what he really says is in algerian arabic:

dis-moi, kifah tdir pour comprendre tout ça (tell me, how do you do to understand everything)
dis-moi, kifah tdir bash tefhem koull shi (same thing but more in arabic)

and in the end of the song he repeats
goul li, kifah tdir bash tefhem koull shi

goul li (and not gomly) means "tell me"

it was algerian and every word you said was correct good job i couldn't tell the arabic words cause i can't understand algerian very much
