what´s mean the arabic word t3aya

please, anyone knows what´s the word تعيا
means. I´ve take it from Rashid Taha liryc Ya rayah

well it's actually 2 words
تعا يا
but in speaking it seems one word
تعا
means come
but يا
is calling tool " in English there's no such a thing "
it's only in Arabic it called calling tool....
for example if u wanted to call someone fool u say يا غبي
غبي = fool
but in English u only say "u fool " with no other helping tools....
so the word after تعيا determines the real adjective

i hope i explained it well here

plz give me the whole sentence and i'd be glad to translate it

dear merve i'm afraid you're mistaken,well maroccan or alherian words way have a completely different meaning
actually تعيا ="ta3ya" and not "ta3aya" ,it is a whole word it means "getting tired "
