"Ya Ommi" by Assi al Hellani

Can anyone help me with the lyrics to the song "Ya Ommi" by Assi al Hellani from the album "Ouwetna Bi Wehdetna"? I haven't been able to locate the lyrics or a translation online, so I tried to type them in myself. I apologize for mistakes. I'm just starting to learn the Arabic alphabet, so I may have misread some of the letters. (I don't even recognize the letter(s) at the end of the last words in lines 5 and 6. On the CD it looks like Yaa without an initial tooth and a Qaaf sitting on top of it. Is that Qaaf preceded by Kasra or something else? Sorry, I'm still learning the basics...)

I understand that this album is all political and/or patriotic songs about Lebanon. Is he singing to Lebanon as the motherland, or is this about his biological mother or something else? I'm really interested in an English translation of the lyrics. Thanks!
