In Elissa song (kan nafsy aref) it means
I hope I know
so kan nafsy means : I hope

But (nafasi) means: my breath
nafs: soul
nafas: breath

Also, what does sharsiyah, izzan and jamour mean??

plz give me the text where u saw these words coz they are not clear

FARQA is right but in khaliji accent they spell it mosh farga ma3ai
