I wanted to correct a mistake in the above, actually the sentence means:

The melody is really more beautiful than speaking

"3al7a2" here means really or indeed or something like that, and "shu" here isn't a question, it's used in such contexts (in Lebanese dialect) to emphasise the meaning.
