Fairouz - Bissan

Hi ,

I`ve attempt to translate Bissan but I guess there are some mistakes so I'd like to have a help to correct the lyrics. I`ve put a ???? where I guess the mistakes are. I guess some words are written wrongly too.

Our village…..its name was Bissan

إلى ضيعتي الشتائية
Ila dayaaty ishshitay
To my rainy village ????

هناك يشيع الحنان على الحفافي الرمادية
Hounaka yasheeaou l’hanan ala alhafaf arrimadee
Where there is tenderness for those who already have gray hair ????

خذوني إلى الظهيرات إلى غفوة عند بابي
Khoudhouny ila azzouhaeerat ila ghafwatin ainda baaby
Take me to midday hour, to the siesta at front my door

هناك مدت علات و أعانق صمت التراب
Hounaka maddat aailat w aaniqou samta attourabi
Where the families grow up and I embrace the silence of the land ????


أذكر يا بيسان يا ملعب الطفولة أفيائك الخجولة
Adhkourou ya Bissan ya Malaab attoufoula afyaeek alkhajoula
I remember O Bissan , playhouse of my childhood, your leafy shadows ????

وكل شئ كان باب و شباكان
Wa kulla shayn kan baboun wa shoubankan
And all the things that existed, a door and two windows ????

بيتنا في بيسان
Baytouna fy Bissan
Of our home in Bissan

خذوني مع الحساسين إلى الظلال التي تبكي
Khoudhouny maa alhassasseen ila azzilal ilaty tabky
Take me , with those who have feelings, to the refuges that cry ?????

رفوف من العائدين على حنبن لها تحكي
Roufoufoun men alaaydeen aala haneen laha tahky
Groups of the ones that return and talk tenderly about Bissan ?????

هناك يشيع الحنان على الحفافي الرمادية
Hounaka yasheeaou l’hanan ala alhafaf arrimadee
On the grey rocks, the tenderness reflected.

خذوني إلى الظهيرات إلى غفوة عند بابي
Khoudhouny ila azzouhaeerat ila ghafwatin ainda baaby

thank you for your help but are you pretty sure about your translation? I am still in doubt about the real meaning of the words bellow :

1) يشيع

2) حفاف = rocks ? I guess the translation for rocks is either صخور or أحجار ـ حجار

3) مدت

4) علات

5) حساسين = birds ? instead of طيور / عصافير ?

I also would like to know what means The craying shadows . Maybe the palestinian refugees from Bissan ..............?

يشيع = Reflects for sure

حساسين = type of a bird, I don't know what its called in English

Sorry , it was my mistake I´ve written craying instead of crying

حساسين = European Goldfinch

I think majd did a great job on the translation.

These are one of the words that are almost impossible to translate into plain English. But حفاف in the sentence made sense to be "rocks".
