I think Shamandora means the great & gena is a city in Upper Egypt, Arabianofelix is right , the first part is in nubian, I even do not understand it like alot of Monir's Nubian ones

Nobody can translate this part?

because this part is not Arabic , it is in Nubian , I did not meet anyone here who can speak it ..sorry
