Hi! I found the lyrics, but only in arabic fonts. And I saw this song listed in nogomi, so I assume they also have the music there to be downloaded.

    Al Fajar Al Baeed:

I'd gladly do it if I could, but I don't speak arabic ... we need a third person's help here I'm afraid.

I downloaded this tune from nogomi last night. Sounds nice! I like Mohamed Abdo's music.

Any volunteer to translate these lyrics please??

    نامت عيونك
    your eyes have slept

    وصحى الليل مظنونك أغاني
and the night has woke up , to sing for you

    قصّت جناح الثواني غيبتك
the wings of the seconds have cut your absence ( it means that the seconds have put an end to her absence , by stopping the time )

    وصارت الساعة أماني
    and the hour became wishes

    وآه آه
    oh oh

    أنا حروفي في غيابك
    my burnings in your absence

لا هي حكي ولا هي قصيد
they're not words nor a poetry

    أكتب الظلمة وأعيد
I write the darkness , and repeat

    وإنت يالفجر البعيد
and you , in the far dawn ( it means that she's sooo far from him , like when you are in the night , the dawn looks so far away )

    نامت عيونك
    your eyes have slept

    إسهر معي ليلة
stay with me for a night

    حاول تحس بلوعتي ليلة
    try to feel my heartbreak

    عد النجوم شكثرها
count the stars . how many are they !!!!!

    ياللي بقلبي كثرها
what I have in my heart , increased them much more

    ونام القمر بوسادتك نام
and the moon has slept , with your pillow , has slept

    ليتك تغير عادتك
I wish you change your habit

    خل القمر ليلة
keep the moon for one night

    يسهر معي ليلة
to stay with me for one night

    وآه آه
    oh oh

    أنا حروفي في غيابك
    my burnings in your absence

لا هي حكي ولا هي قصيد
they're not words nor a poetry

    وأنت يالفجر البعيد
and you in the far dawn

    نامت عيونك
    your eyes have slept

    يا ساحر البسمة
    you had a charming smile

    أساهرك نجمة
I want to give you a star

    أبسمعك كلمة
I want to hear you a word ( I want to tell you beautiful words )

    حتى و لو كلمة
even if it was one word

    قم نادني
come on , call for me

    يالله عسى تحتاجني
I hope you need me ( I hope you need me someday )

    إن زاد ظلمك ما عدلت
if your darkness has gone deeper you wouldn't care ( he means that she doesn't care to live in a lasting darkness )

    وإن مر ليلي ما سألت
and if my night passed , you wouldn't ask

    وآه آه
    oh oh

    أنا حروفي في غيابك
    my burnings in your absence

لا هي حكي ولا هي قصيد
they are not words nor a poetry

sorry dear but i have to do some correction
    in some sentences here ...

    أنا حروفي في غيابك
    my burnings in your absence

    its not 7orooge its 7orofee
    so the translation is :
    أنا حروفي في غيابك
    my letters in your absence

its 7orofee depending on the following sentence which is
    لا هي حكي ولاهي قصيد
my letters in your absence are not words nor poetry

    also this ...
    وأنت يالفجر البعيد
& you are the far dawn ... (he means his lover is the far dawn )

    إن زاد ظلمك ما عدلت
i think in this sentence he don't mean darkness
he means the injustice which is the opposite of the justice coz he said :
    إن زاد ظلمك ما عدلت
if your injustice get increased you wont make equity

am a big fan for muhammad abdu so i couldn't pass without reading this post
also this is one of his best songs ...

    well done dear lovelyaltagracia
actually khaliji songs are so hard to translate coz they have so deep meanings
so i admit u do great job ... excuse me for passing by to do the correction again
