" Your hand "

يدُكِ التي حطت على كتفي
yadouki llati hattate ala katefi
your hand which has landed on my shoulder

كحمامةٍ نزلتْ لكي تشربْ
ka'hamamatin nazalate likay tachrob
Like a wave which has felled to drink

عندي تساوي ألفَ أمنيةٍ
'indi toossawi alfa omniyatin
it means for me , a thousand of wishes

ياليتها تبقى و لا تذهبْ
Ya laytaha tabka wala tadhhab
I wish that she stays and never go

الشمسُ نائمةٌ على كتفي
ashamssoo na'imaton 'ala katefi
The sun is sleeping on my shoulder

قبلتها الفا ً و لم أتعبْ
'kabeltoha alfan walam at'ab
I kissed her a thousand times ( it means a lot ) and I didn't get tired

تلكَ الجميلةُ كيف أرفضها
Tilka ljamilatou kayfa arfodoha?
How Can I refuse that pretty ?( the girl )

من يرفضُ السكنى على كوكبْ
Man yarfodo ssakna 'ala kawkab
Who refuses living on a planet


قولي لها تمضي برحلتها
'kooli laha tomdhi biri'hlatiha
Tell her to continue her travel

فلها جميعُ ما ترغبْ
Falaha jami'o matarghab
She has all what she wants

تلكَ الجميلَة ُ كيفَ أقنعها
Tilka ljamilatoo kayfa o'kni'oha?
How can I convince this cute ?

أني بها معجبْ
anni biha mo'ejab
That I am impressed by her ( that he care for her )

يدُكِ الصغيرة ُ طفلة ٌ هربتْ
yadoki ssaghirato tiflaton harabate
Your small hand is a little girl runned away ( it's a kind of metaphor in arabic )

ماذا أقولُ لطفلةٍ تلعبْ؟
madha a'koolo litiflatin tal'ab
What should I say to a little girl playing ?

أنا ساهرٌ و معي يدُ امرأةٍ
ana sahiron wa ma'ei yado mra'atin
I am awake with a woman's hand

بيضاءُ هل أشهى و هلْ أطيَبْ؟
baydha'o hal achha wa hal atyab ?
White ! is there anything better and sweeter
( PS : i'm not quite sure about the meaning of this sentence , anyway he's describing her hand )
