well .. since you say that he is male ..theres 2 singers having this name ..infact their name is Ritha رضا not Rida ,but it written Rida sometimes .. these 2 singers are
1.Ritha al-Abdolla (iraqi)
2.Ritha (lebanese) i think this one is what you mean ..

dont think it has anything to o with the songs name, unless it's called: allah 3ala al waja3 (ie: and god on this pain..
