I guess he says :

في رموشك سهم يصيب/ fi rimoushak sahem yseeb
و ينادي غريب لغريب/ w eynadi ghareeb lighareeb

My translation :
There are darts in your lashes / your lashes are like darts
calling (me) to a strange/different/new world

Could you guys listen the video and check the correct words ?

Once more alf shoukran ya raisa. But the phrase و ينادي غريب لغريب/Calling from stranger to stranger doesn't make sense for me. Could you explain it ?
