I've got another question: in the first line it's mentioned هالليلة"hal-laila"...does the ه "h" here have the same function as "hadhihi"??? Is it a specially Iraqi präfix or is it generelly used in dialects?

Yes as you mentioned
هالليلة is abbreviation (if we can call it) of هذه الليلة
it's used in many dialects generally.
