Just saw it in a live version on Rotana Tarab. So great.

تذكَّر كلما صلَّيت ليلاً
ملايينٌ تلوك الصخرَ خُبزا.
على جسر الجراح مشت وتمشى
وتلبسُ جلدها وتموتُ عزَّا.
تذكَّر قبل أن تغفو على أى وسادة
أينام الليل من ذبحوا بلاده؟
أنا إن مِتُّ عزيزاً إنما موتى ولاده.
قلبى على جُرحِ الملائكةِ النوارس
إنى أراهم عائدين من المدارس
باست جبينهم المآذن والكنائس
كتبوا لكم هذا النداء
وطنى جريحٌ خلف قضبان الحصار
فى كل يومٍ يسقط العشرات من اطفالنا
الى متى هذا الدمار
جفَّت ضمائركم ما هزَّكم هذا النداء
هذا النداء رقت له حتى ملائكة السماء
جفَّت ضمائركم وما جفَّت دموع الأبرياء

Remember each time befor you fall asleep on any pillow
أينام الليل من ذبحوا بلاده؟
Does the one whose his land was sluttered sleep?
أنا إن مِتُّ عزيزاً إنما موتى ولاده.
(I) if died with honor, my death would be considered as new birth
قلبى على جُرحِ الملائكةِ النوارس
My heart is worried about the sea-gulls angels' wound
إنى أراهم عائدين من المدارس
As if I see them coming back from schools
باست جبينهم المآذن والكنائس
Mosques and churches kissed their forehead
كتبوا لكم هذا النداء
They wrote you this calling
وطنى جريحٌ خلف قضبان الحصار
My land is wounded behind the bars of siege
فى كل يومٍ يسقط العشرات من اطفالنا
Every day tens (many) of our children die
الى متى هذا الدمار
Till when this destruction will last
(How long will this destruction last)
جفَّت ضمائركم ما هزَّكم هذا النداء
Your conscience dried (meaning died), and this calling having affected you
هذا النداء رقت له حتى ملائكة السماء
Even sky angels' were touched by this calling
جفَّت ضمائركم وما جفَّت دموع الأبرياء
Your conscience dried (died) but tears of inocents didn't dry

But what is meant by "sea-gulls angels' wound" 8) ???

Oh, sorry I've forgot to mention that they meant by angels the kids
but in fact I don't know why they chose sea gulls to describe the children.

In general I think he wanted to say that he wish to releave the kids wounds and injuries.
