Artist Unknown - Dalal [*]

Does anyone know anything about the song featured in this video?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apu3JAPwhAQ

I cannot find the artist or original album for this song. I was told that it is a recording of a Bedouin boy from Lebanon, singing about a woman dancing. The dancer in the video said that she salvaged it from a ruined cassette tape during her travels in the Middle East. Any translation of the few lyrics featured in the video or information about the recording is much appreciated!
