I'm not sure if this is a real Nancy song? I doubt it based off the lyrics, there is the line Wel far7a ma ba3refesh awsefha.. the song seems to mainly be in Egyptian dialect but that word "b3refesh" is of Palestinian origin and it's uncommon to find a song mixed with two dialects, unless this person mistyped that one word.. would you happen to have a link to the song?
