I don't know the singer name and personaly I think he isn't very known. Also I think we'll not find its lyrics on the web, but maybe I'm wrong. What I have is only the song.
It's not a surprise if there's no lyrics for such song posted in the web.
Yes, I know it's a Political song from Lebanon just because it was marked as a song of oppasition and because it says smth about Saniora.
