recommend Shooter Jennings?

I just found out that 3 Doors Down, Skynyrd, and Shooter Jennings will be touring this summer. I familiar with the first two artists, but was wondering if anyone is familiar with music from Shooter Jennings?? Thinking of picking up his new realease.
My co-worker at umgd told me is the son of Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter. Sounds good to me....
