yes im turk and im muslim.and so i dont care persons religion or national. in the past lots of bulgarians and greeks knew turkish. cause we were majority in the balkans. but now not like that. so in the balkans turks sould know the formal language. but they can speak their national languge freely.
and yes i love Atatürk. he is the most important person for turks in tukey and in bulgaria and all the balkans.
in turkey lots of people dont like greeks. but dont worry nobody doesnt do anything to u because of your national. but be careful espicially in istanbul about kurds. they r the real problem in turkey. nearly every burglars r kurds. they can rob u. and they can annoyance..
and one day u should come to izmir. here is nice. and every day i see lots of turists from greece in izmir..

u can say the cities what u want. i dont care. cause we say the turkish names of the cities. espicially in bulgaria every city and every villages have turkish names.
and there r lots of reason for not like greeks. i said that i dont have any problem but my lots of friends dont like greeks.. u know turkey had lots of wars with greece. and now there r problems about egean sea, cyprus, the west trakia......

About the Bulgarian chalga,most of the melodies are from greek,serbian or turkish songs,they just make some bulgarian texts on these melodies.Singers like Anelia,or Desi Slava for example have some normal songs not just with giubek(we call giubek the songs with the typical oriental motifs where you can dance with your stomach..I hate these).I prefer the house or rap

actually giubek is not belly dancing...belly dances are beuatiful while the giubek word we use goes as far as someone thrusting their *** or hips in the air... more desperate than beautiful
