I've seen the Lord's Prayer (Padre Nuestro) several times in music in Spanish. It pretty much works as-is. For example, one I found quickly.

I saw one with melody in a songbook that a friend at a church in Austin TX has; I can ask if you need, but it would probably be rather difficult to get a copy up here. Maybe someone else has seen?

Padre nuestro que estas en los cielos,santificado sea tu nombre
