Hi! I need help with a song that mentions "I wish" a lot and has base in the begin.

The song has a low-pitch base guitar playing and there's a voice that's quiet and feminine then it gets loud and poppy and then quiet. I hope that's enough information, I actually couldn't really get all the lyrics in my head since the voice was that quiet. Thanks!
