all i remember was something about

"two to tango..."

it was a guy singing. please help!

For a "newer" artist you could try "2 to Tango" by Hot Finks (or Tango & Kash)

Manning called "Two To Tango" or "Takes Two To Tango" or "It Takes Two To Tango" that has been recorded by many different artists including Louis Armstrong, Pearl Bailey, Ray Charles or Dean Martin.
