FOREVER 21 spanish techno?

I heard a song in Forever 21 in middle-late August, and I can't seem to find what the song is! I don't really know any of the lyrics, but I think maybe in the chorus there's a bit which just keeps repeating "baila y baila, baila y baila..."

It's a female singer...kind of techno-ish, dancehouse.
