Forever 21 song! New wave dance song

I was in Forever 21 about 3 weeks ago (in Ontario, CA) and heard this new-wave sounding indie dance song. I think it had female vocals and the lyrics mentioned colors, like red & blue.
It sounded very New Order-ish, but of course it was not New Order. It sounds like it's a new band, not from the 80s.
Any ideas?

Okay, I think I found it. It's by New Pony Club & it's called "Grey", and it doesn't mention red or blue, but black & white, haha.
