F21 : "i believe that you can what i need if you believe"

I work at Forever 21, and while I recognize half the songs, this one doesn't ring a bell whatsoever. It goes like this:

"I believe that you can what I need if you believe....(back again)"

it just repeats that line. It's a man singing the song.
