Help with song from Forever 21 MAY 2008 music playlist

hey guys!
i need help too. its the MAY playlist thats driving me crazy. i heard this song many many times there. female singer, deep voice. kinda sad lol) totally hypnotic. electro-pop i would say (?)
i was only able to identify where it is positioned on the playlist:
it is RIGHT BEFORE "Kids" by MGMT. it sorta blends into it.
please help me people! i identified my brains out already...

Kinda techno-ish...I thought I heard it before, but I can't remember anything about it.
