Solved: Mystery Song...can't find it

So, I went to Forever 21 with my girlfriend December 27th, 08 and I heard this song that I've been trying to find ever since.

I've already looked and listened through all the playlists mentioned here and I still can't find it.

The song came on either a song or two after Common's Universal Mind Control. I put my phone up there to MusicID it, but there was no reception in the store so it didn't work.

All I really remember is that it was a dance poppy beat with a female singer. She either had a deep voice or it was synthesized. All I really remember from the lyrics are the repeated "hey ley ley" and then "la la la la"...or something to that extent.

Any ideas as to what this mystery song might be? Or maybe I just overlooked something...there are a lot of songs in those playlists...

Ok, I see that no-one can figure this one out either. Maybe it's because I didn't remember the lyrics right.

I had one of those moments where I lay back and relax and the song started playing in my head and the lyrics actually went something like this..."Say ah ah ah ah" and "La li dey"...something along those lines...repeated a bunch of times during the song. Maybe that will help.

Never mind. I found it. They played it at Toni & Guy and I was able to Music ID it.
