ok here is it i couldn't translate it all so may be someone can help

it's abeautiful novel ,it's a beautul story
C'est une romance d'aujourd'hui
it's a romance of today
he went back home up there towards the fog
Elle descendait dans le midi, le midi
she went down in the noon the noon
they have met in the edge of a road
Sur l'autoroute des vacances
in they way of th holidays

it was,no dout, a day of luck
they had the sky within their hands
Un cadeau de la providence
a gift of providence
Alors pourquoi penser au lendemain
so,why thinking of tomorrow

they were hiden in a big field of corn
Se laissant porter par les courants
***************************
Se sont racontés leur vies qui commençaient
they've met,their lives that began
they were only children,children
they gathered the sky with the hollow of their hands
Comme on cueille la providence
like we gather th providince
Refusant de penser au lendemain
refusing to think about tomorrow

so everyone took his ways again
greeted the providnece by doing a sign with the hand

she's down there in the noon

she went back, down there, in the South

As you've noticed the word "midi" is not only 12 o'clock it's the name given to Southern France.

Default Hello

I assume that it's a very short love story ;-) maybe more a sexual affair but turn into something very poetic, this song was writen in the 60' when the hippie movement was in full activity and was of great influence on the musical culture, that could explain ;-)

Default Une belle histoire / Un'estate fà

The original song was "Une belle histoire" by Pierre Delanoë / Michel Fugain.
In Italy this song was sang by Catarina Caselli, "un'estate fà".
(fine!!!)
Michel Fugain sang it in italien too in a rare duo with Catarina Caselli.
