Identify French Song Please

OK. I heard this song, I think was something between pop and country... or at least it used the guitar a lot. I'm not sure. I don't remember the lyrics either, my French wasn't that good so it was hard to understand the lyrics. I just remember it said a lot "Ouh, ouuhh ouuhh ouuuhhhh". And I think the song was new 'cause it was normal to listen to it on the radio. I remember it was played on CKOI and was around March when i heard it.
By the way, it was a male singer.
