I weatched the movie " My Big Fat Greek Wedding" and it's awesome ! It's very funny and AWESOME !
Can someone give me some detalis about greek weddings ? Or about Greek Women ?
As far as I saw in the movie, Greek women have not black hair, they have to marry a greek guy and handsome and greek familes are BIIIIIIG and they are all invited

I recommend you this movie, very nice you'll laugh a lot but you may learn the origin of the words they all come from greek, Toula's father may tell you this. hahaha

I love it !

Aaaah, I forgot : Greek women have to marry with a greek, to make greek children and to feed all the family, it was a quote from the movie

I watched that movie some centuries ago! Yeah, I agree it's really funny, but you know it's a movie. People there are overreacting.

Some quotes:

- Now we have a boyfriend in the house. Is he a nice greek boy? No, no Greek, a xeno with big, long hair!
- Oraia vizia=thank you (lol)
- Eho tria a***dia=everyone let's come to the house (again lol)
- Oh Taki, he looks Greek.
- You know, the rout of the word Miller is a greek word. Miller comes from the Greek word milo which means apple. As everybody knows our name Portokalos means orange. We might be different but at the end we are all fruits.

and yeah it's very funny and nice movie

Well Maria, when I saw the mouvie I was laughting out loud. There are many many quotes. Anyway, I like that moment when Maria comes to her daughter Toula and says : "Toula mou, the man is the head but the woman is the neck and she can move the head whatever she wants" It was incredible, actually, we have this saying in Romanian too.
Anyway... the house is the best

and the father .
Or... I don't know If all the Greek girls are hidding over the desk when they see the me they love. haha It was funny !

One of the worst movies i have ever seen... Romantic comedy ornamented with Greek national dramas.. pathetic it was. I still regret the time i spent for watching it.

Nice song, not my kind but they are succefull in Romanian Charts. I saw them even in Danish and North Countries Charts.
BTW, my favourite are Holograf, Directia 5, Iris and Vama Veche.

But the last one.. :yeeek: I don't like him at all and the type of music he sings. Well yes, he is a gipsy and I don't like them. I preffer "whities" I trust them more than the "blackies"
