    Dear Angelique ....

    first of all welcome dear
am glad to meet you in this show

Thank you, the pleasure is all mine. I have to say, I really like what you have done to the place. I see that IKEA shopping spree was put to good use.

so how are you doin` ?

I acquired some sort of sickness from being on the plane and I’m a little jet lagged. But otherwise, I am doing fantastic! I have to admit, I am alittle nervous beause I am in the presence greatness and must follow in the footsteps of many wonderful interviewees. I am honored to be asked as a guest on your show. Look at my nails, I got them manicured just for the show, do you like? I figured everyone would be focusing their attention on them while I “speak”
    .................................................. .

i`ll directly start my questions before the site goes crazy again
u know yesterday all the shows and channels were out off casting

Yes I noticed that. Orwa must have been going through some serious withdrawals..l

    Tell us about you
(if someone ask you who's angeliki ?)
    you`ll say ... angeliki is ....

This question is a hard one for me. I am still young and as I get older, I am realizing things about myself and other people that I never noticed before. Aside from that, this is what I am sure of: I am creative and compassionate. I am sensitive and sarcastic. I value my happiness based on what I can give and do for others. All my friends or acquantances that I have met over the years all say the same thing; I look like a b**ch when they first see me (explanation is mentioned later), but when they get to know me, I am a sweet, kind and caring person. I preferr validating things I hear or being told by using logic, facts, and research----- not taking things for what they are because someone told me so. Additionally, I am very practical and outright honest. Let me put it to you this way: If you went shopping with me and asked me if the clothes looked good on you or not… I will tell you. So don’t ask me for feedback if you aren’t willing to accept something other than what you want to hear. I love when people are like that with me. It’s part of the process for self growth.

    -about ur country
what is ''new jersey '' famous for ?
name a famous symbol like personality dance ..food..etc)
p.s: you can post small pictures in this Question (not too big pics thou)

I love New Jersey. Many people have a certain perception of this state based on stereotypes. In actuallity, this state is actually “separated” into three sections: North Jersey, Central Jersey, and South Jersey. I don’t consider South Jersey New Jersey. It’s very rural and country compared to the North and Central parts. There’s a lot of agriculture downstate and the people are different and less “New York”. It’s very hard to explain unless you experience it yourself or have lived here. North Jersey (where I grew up) is 10 minutes (maybe more, maybe less) from New York City. There is a huge New York influence. Many New Yorkers move to this area of New Jersey to live in the suburbs and be away from the city life. That and it’s cheaper to live in New Jersey than New York (comparitivley)
New Jersey is full of culture. It is very diverse and there are many people who immigrated and migrated here to live. New Jersey is one of the most religiously and ethnically diverse states in the country. It has the second largest Jewish population by percentage after New York; the second largest Muslim population by percent (after Michigan); the third highest Asian population by percent, the third highest Italian-American population by percent of any state according to the 2000 Census and a large percentage of the population is Black, White American, Hispanic American, Arab American, and Asian American. It has the third highest Indian American population of any state by absolute numbers; Also, it has the third largest Korean American population, fourth largest Filipino American and fifth largest Chinese American population of any state. The five largest ancestry groups are: Italian (17.9%), Irish (15.9%), African (13.6%), German (12.6%), Polish (6.9%).
The state has very sizable enclaves of different language speaking communities. Some of these include (by ranking) ---All counties mentioned below are Northern New Jersey 
    • Spanish-spoken in many of the Hudson County towns, especially Union City.
    • Portuguese-spoken throughout the entire state, but Portuguese is common in the Ironbound section of Newark.
    • Italian-spoken throughout the state also, but is concentrated in the towns of Hudson and Essex counties.

Since New Jersey has many counties and parts or sections, I have provided a map so you can conceptualize what areas of New Jersey I am talking about.

New Jersey's economy is centered on the pharmaceutical industry, chemical development, telecommunications, food processing, electric equipment, printing and publishing, and tourism. New Jersey's agricultural outputs are nursery stock, horses, vegetables, fruits and nuts, seafood, and dairy products.
Although New Jersey is home to many energy-intensive industries, its energy consumption is only 2.7% of the U.S. total, and its carbon dioxide emissions are only 0.8% of the U.S. total. Its comparatively low greenhouse gas emissions can be attributed to nuclear power. According to the Energy Information Administration, nuclear power dominates New Jersey’s electricity market, typically supplying more than one-half of State generation. New Jersey has three nuclear power plants, including the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, which came online in 1969 and is the oldest operating nuclear plant in the country.
New Jersey has a strong scientific economy. New Jersey is home to major pharmaceutical firms such as Johnson and Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis, Pfizer, Merck, Wyeth, Hoffman-LaRoche, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Schering-Plough. New Jersey is home to major telecommunications firms such as Verizon Wireless, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent and AT&T Communications. Furthermore, New Jersey draws upon its large and well-educated labor pool which also supports the myriad of industries that exist today.
New Jersey is the ultimate bedroom community since the state is right next to New York City and Philadelphia. Thus, there is a strong service economy in New Jersey serving residents who work in New York City or Philadelphia. Some of these industries include retail sales, education and real estate. Newark Liberty International Airport is ranked seventh among the nation's busiest airports and among the top 20 busiest airports in the world.
Shipping is a strong industry in New Jersey because of the state's strategic location. The Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal was the world's first container port and is one of the world's largest container ports. New Jersey also has a strong presence in chemical development, refining and food processing operations.
New Jersey hosts several business headquarters, including twenty-four Fortune 500 companies. Paramus is noted for having one of the highest retail sales per person ratios in the nation.
Several New Jersey counties such as Somerset (7), Morris (10), Hunterdon (13), Bergen (21), Monmouth counties are ranked among the highest-income counties in the United States. Four others are also in the top 100.
New Jersey has many attractions. There is the shores, historical sites, sporting areanas, museums, theme parks, preforming arts, comedy clubs, camping and hiking, and nightclubs. There is so much recreation here, it is insane. You don’t have to go to New York or drive at all , to find something to do. Here is a picture of one of the many shores in New Jersey. This is Wildwood. They have a great boardwalk with rides

Here is a wonderful museum I used to go to on class trips, Liberty Science Center, which overlooks Ellis Island and the statue of liberty. Here is their website: http://www.lsc.org/ and a photo (The round part of the building is an Ominimax theatre…

Many famous people were born in New Jersey, grew up in New Jersey, or moved to New Jersey. Such acts include:
    • Frank Sinatra
    • Kevin Spacey
    • Bon Jovi
    • Bruce Sprinstein
    • The Jonas Brothers
    • Janeane Garofalo
    • Muhammed Ali
    • Jay-Z
    • Lil Kim
    • Mary Higgins Clark
    • Eddie Murphy
    • Chris Rock
    • Brooke Shields
    • Kimora Lee Simons
    • Wesley Snipes
    • Stevie Wonder
    • Thomas Edison
    • Bruce Willis
    • David Cassidy
    • Brittany Murphy
    • John Travolta
    • Martha Stewart
    • Franki Valli (personal favourite)
    • Meryl Streep
    • Kelly Ripa
    • Dennis Rodman
    • Tara Reid
    • Queen Latifah
    • Shaquille O Neal
    • Jerry Lewis
    • Whitney Houston
    • Derek Jeter
    • Lauryn Hill
    • James Gandolfini
The list is way too long… so consult this hyperlink.. It’s quite interesting
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...rom_New_Jersey

I can go on and on.. but I will not bore you. I can go on about our college sports, but that could be an ATL chit chat topic

    - what is the main reason that let you register in ATL?
    how you know this site..
did u heard about it or just find it by
    searching for some stuff ?

I think I ended up here the same as everyone else. I was searching for lyrics for Greek songs. The rest is history…

    - what is the first thing you do when u wake up
and then how ur day goes ?

Well, I get woken up by the alarm on my phone. I do my morning pee…lol, then wash up. Get dressed half asleep and go to work. If it’s during basketball season, repeat the above and then basketball practice. Finally sleep…yay!! I do love to go out and party. I must admit. I only do it responsibly and when I have time. Which hasn’t been the case lately.

    - what is the best day in your life ?

The day I saved my own life!! If you want to know more PM me...

    - what is the most favorite threads to you ?

    • ATL Chit Chat Café
    • Tigress Photo Contest
    • This thread, although, I am new to it. Thankfully Maviii invited me here. I would have been missing out on a lot!
    • Anything under Greek Lyrics forum

    - what is your dream ?

I have many dreams. Although I don’t like to call them dreams as much as I would call them goals. I intend to go through with my ideas and make them reality. My goal, which I am currently working on, is designing handbags. I am using fabric from clothing which is “no good” or would otherwise be given to goodwill or thrown out. My idea is to make one of kind handbags from scratch and sell them to the highest bidder. ALL profits will go to benefit research and a cure for Huntington’s Disease. My Aunt currently has it and my cousin will probably get it. There isn’t much knowledge about the disease or attention to it. Stem cell research is extrememly important in finding a cure. The gene which causes it has been identified; however, there is no money for further testing to find a cure. Here is a little bit about the disease: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huntington's_disease. I also want to extend the proceeds to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. My late grandfather, God rest his soul, had it. It was really tough to see such a wonderful person who I loved so much suffer that fate. I am glad he is at peace now. I will miss him. His death has given me an extra boost of motivation to do this. The whole idea of hand bags is to be a metaphor for “help carry the weight of someone else on your shoulders”. Basically anyone who wears the bags or carrys it is helping someone else or someone’s family be one step closer to freedom from these terrible diseases. I want to brand these diseases and market them, so to speak, so people are AWARE!!!
Another goal of mine is to open my own restaurant.

    - if you were a celebrity who's the one you wish
to be next to u on the red carpet ?

If Dean Martin or Jimmy Stewart were still alive, I would go with either of them. Since I would choose someone funny and entertaining I would go with a comedian….let’s see… oh!! Kathy Griffin. She’s hillarious. I would like to explain, that I would bring her as a friend NOT a date.

    - what is the things you like & don't like in people ?

I LOVE honesty, humility, open mindedness, sense of humor, inquiring minds, putting others before themselves, trustworthy, goal setters, travelers, cultured people, risk takers, cooks and laughter.

I HATE dishonesty, downers, egotisitcal snobs, condescending people, dampers, content with their ingnorance, close mindedness, selfish, submissiveness, non motivated, and liars. Oh yeah, I hate people who ruin a steak by putting ketchup on it…lol…. Its true though

    - who's your favorite actor /actress ?

Oh man there is many. For the sake of time and everyone reading this here is one of each:
    Actor: Will Smith
    Actress: Kate Winslet

    - if someone bothers you here or in day life what will you do ?

I would tell them, but I would do it when I’m emotionally okay to do so. Sometimes when I get mad or extremely emotinal in some way, words may not come out right. In that case, I will walk away and stew about it until those evils cease.

    - if you have the chance to meet some members from this site
who will you choose ? don't say u wanna see all i know that
so just choose the most close members or those who u wish to meet
    the most...

Okay, since I need to follow directions, I’ll limit the list to just five: Orwa, Mares, Jandros , UltimateDJ, and Koukla. Of course, everyone I’ve met here would enrich my lives in some way if I met them.

    - who's the closest character to you from a movie
    /tv series or whatever ?

Peter Gibbons from the movie Office Space. I picked him because he represents how I feel when I’m at work. He really only symbolizes one part of me. I really hate my job because it’s not what I want to do. I went into Criminal Justice to help people. Until I feel like I’m doing that under my rules and not powered by political agenda, I will be happy with my job.

    - What did you like most at school?

When I went to college, my favourite classes were Organized Crime and Forensic Psychology. If I had to factor in my whole student career, my favourite part of school was Basketball and of course gym class.

    - (life is a school as we always heard )
so tell us 5 things you have learnt from this site / friends / life in general?

I learned more than 5 things, but I will limit my 5 to ATL what things I learned on this site:

    1. From ATL: I learned that there are many dynamic people from all walks of life who are willing to share what they know for nothing in return. Its refreshing.
    2. From Jandros and Ultimate DJ: Chivalry isn’t dead.
    3. From Mares: I learned about FB. I also learned that truly kind people are a dime a dozen, and I am lucky to have met one right here.
    4. From Zahra2008: I’m still learning from you. You deserve your moderator promotion and you have helped me on sharpening my Spanish. I’m very grateful and continue to hopefully become as good as you are with your English.
    5. From Orwa: I learned a lot about your culture. I never met anyone from a Syrian decent. You taught me about foods and lifestyle from your native country. I also learned how to be a big sister to a little brother. I never did that before…. I also learned that I have multiple personality from you…lol

    - when did u call a man a (man)
i mean what is the things that should be in the man to call him a man?
    sure i don't mean i psychical way i mean as personality ...

A man is honest and faithful. He is comfortable enough with himself and his role in life, to not be threatened by a woman who is independent. A man doesn’t use supression to make them feel more masculine. He will cry when he is sad, yell when he is angry, and laugh when something is funny (even if it is stupid). Also, he will ask for directions when he is lost…haha. A man is not scared to feel, love, or commit. He will talk about what’s bothering him; holding nothing back. He treats women like most men treat their mothers. He would take a bullet for his family and would put them first. He doesn’t nessasarily have to be strong, but he must be strong minded and strong willed.

    - people are like fingers no one similar
so i want you to tell me this

    inside ATL :
    count just one ..

    who's..or what is ..

    - the good ? Laki- You’re awesome!! Gemista…yum haha
    - the crazy? Bebestylee… I mean it in a good way…
    - the funny? Koukla
    - the kindest? Mares
    - the lovable one ? Jess31... Very sweet.
    - the smart one ? Jandros- I think everyone knows why I picked him
    - the creative one? Tigress…you have to be if you came up with that contest !!!
    - the cool one ? Plain Chaos
    - a close sister ? Orwa..haha
    - a close brother ? Orwa

    ========================================

DeBaires: Awesome dude who still owes me a sorbet. He’s also a phantom around here…
Elraisa: Very nice and intelligent. I don’t have an opportunity to speak with her often, but everytime I do, it’s always a pleasure.
    Fayoori: Don’t know her/him.
Istanbulgal: Someone I would like to get to know better. You are very nice smart, and helpful. I wish we could get to know eachother better. I know your busy and not on often, but it’s always a pleasure when we do.
jandros: What else can I say? You are an awesome person. INCREDIBLE actually. You’re a plethora of information. Our conversations have always been great and I look forward to speaking with you all the time! We have a lot in common as far as interests go. Quite possibly the most interesting person I’ve met on ATL.
jess31: You are very sweet. I see you on many threads now. I’m glad you became member of this site, because you are awesome to talk to. Also, very helpful. Thanks for the tiramasu recipe. Hoepfully you can travel to the U.S. soon!!

Loca por el baile: I don’t know her all that well, but we have crossed paths from time to time and she is very nice. After reading her on the Muslim Chat, I have gotten to “see” her a bit more. She is sweet, courtious, and kind. Always nice to “read” you.
MayGoLoco: I don’t know her that well either. However, we’ve played games and she seems swell!
mareslejanos : Wonderful person. The epitome of kindess and truly genuine. I miss reading you more, but I know you have been busy at work. When I talk to you and Jandros, I never run out of things to talk about. Unforgettable.
Maha: Sensitive and kind. Very true to her roots and defends what she believes in.
orwa: My loveable brother. I’m so glad to have met you. You’re fun to talk to. You are funny. Very dynamic personality. You get my humor and you tolerate my banter. I miss you when I’m not on ATL because I have fun when I talk to you! Thanks for your support and respect. I enjoy reading you bedtime stories.
Plainchaos: Funny girl. She loves the same food as me I think. Kick *ss chick…

Ultimate-DJ: My second lil brother. I miss you so much! You are not on as often as you used to be. You are hilarious and personable. I enjoy chatting with you. You are wise for your age and a gentle person. LOVABLE
    Xiurell: Don’t know him/her
zahra2008: Sweet princess! Confident and smart. I’m assuming very good with children??? You are an awesome mentor. Thank you for your time. I think also, your one of the first people who welcomed me to ATL.
zahra91h: Don’t know that well, but has an eye for art. I always love your photo entries. Creative eye.
Zise: Very awesome and funny dude. Enjoy playing games with him. Wish he stopped by Chit Chat more often.

    - if u were isolated in an island like ''lost tv series''
which members would u choose to be with you ?
give me 10 members or less than ten ?

-Jandros: Your wise and you’d probably figrure out a way to make water from sand or something.lol
-Orwa: You can build stuff and boost morale. I know you didn’t put me to work, but you have the tools.
-Mares: You’re technologically advanced. Perhaps you can make something to get us of fthe island.
-UltimateDJ: You’re athletic. I could use you for paddling or something.
-Tigress: You can establish the rules .
-Laki- I think together we can cook up some sick meals. Plus, you could provide sometime of movie entertainment.
-Koukla- You’re funny and you could keep Orwa in check.
-Istanbulgal- You know a lot about different things, so I could use you as like a wild card.
    ========================================

Tell us three things that ATL don't know about you ?

-Some may not know, I coach college basketball. I’m really proud of that.
-I interned at a maximum security prison.
-I write comedies. I won contests when I was in school.
    ========================================
    Top ten

1- give me the top ten personalities u have known in ur life?
(from history / politics / legends /authors what ever ):

    -Barack Obama
    -Jimmy Stewart
    -My father
    -My mother
    - Earl (the Goat) Manigault
    -Yogi Berra
    - Steven Spielberg
    -Oscar Schindler
    -John F. Kennedy

    -Don’t trust people easily
    -Tempermenal
-Stubborn: I think that has to do with me being Greek haha

6- ten things u wish if you have learned in ur lifetime :

After being unhappy for a long time and feeling pity on myself, I now understand how stupid that was. One big lesson that I have learned that helped me stretch my lifetime is this:

"Most people measure their happiness in terms of physical pleasure and material possession. Could they win some visible goal which they have set on the horizon, how happy they could be! Lacking this gift or that circumstance, they would be miserable. If happiness is to be so measured, I who cannot hear or see have every reason to sit in a corner with folded hands and weep. If I am happy in spite of my deprivations, if my happiness is so deep that it is a faith, so thoughtful that it becomes a philosophy of life, — if, in short, I am an optimist, my testimony to the creed of optimism is worth hearing."-Helen Keller

“Happiness adds and multiplies as it is divided by others.”

7- ten languages u like the most :

"If you could do one big thing to make the world a better place,
what is the one thing that you would do ?"

I would change the way big pharmacutical companies do their business. I think there are cures out there that are being kept from the public. Medicines are being bought out for billions of dollars and never heard from or seen again. It’s a huge problem. If we are going to spend money on research, we need to make sure that they aren’t being bought out and have enough funding to distribute the medicine themelves.

    ========================================

Do you read if yes or no

give me top 5 or 3 books u have read and liked most and why ?

last words you want to say:

I want to thank Maviii for the invitation to be here. I would also like to thank my friends here at ATL. You guys are one of a kind and I’m so happy to have met all of you. I can’t wait to continue to get to know each and everyone of you. Sorry this is so long. I tried to expose a bit of myself to you since I know everyone else has. I hope you enjoyed it. Thanks again! I will be outside signing autographs.

Angeliki!!! I'm reading.... I'm gonna continue reading and write here again

    EDIT:

    I have read your interview

Thank you so much for you kind words about me, really, I do appreciate it.
I liked reading you and knowing you a little more. I've been missing too much to participate in the forum these weeks. I don't like to lose contacts with my friends, and you're one of them!

I hope you will have your restaurant, and if I'm there once, I will want to eat there and you should to recommend me a meal . And of course, I hope all your goals get realized and in not longer!.

I'm glad you chose me for the island. It'll be a honor for me to share that experience with you . I can't express my self clearly in English right now, but in Spanish (at least in Argentina) we use "feeling" (Ej: yo tengo mucho feeling con él/ella), when you have things in common with someone, even when you don't know what things, but you feel so comfortable with this person, because in some level you feel identified with him/her. So, I have feeling with you, since the first time we talked in games, I really do feel good talking/playing with you, and lately I'm missing stay here and share some minutes with you.

You're very nice, and also funny, and now that I can remember, you're my partner in the hunt group!!! I almost forget that! That's not correct!...

Well friend, I'm starving again , I guess I should try to eat something. Maybe I'll be back here later and read again just for the cause that I could be lossing something !!!!

    Kiss*

P.S: feeling is also written as filing, and also means "tener química", "questión de piel" ...

    G'day & geia sou Αγγελική,

I just finished reading your delightful interview and I have to say I enjoyed every bit of it!..Like our previous guests & their places of stead, you gave a great indepth descripto about your beautiful home state,New Jersey, which I knew nothing about prior. Very interesting state I must add especially the cultural diversity there! btw, where are the Greeks? lol . And the vast celebs from/at NJ is amazing, ie, so many! And one of my favs is from there too (Kevin Spacey)...Good to also note that you've mapped out your ambitions so I wish the best of luck in achieving your goals and i'm sure you will coz you have that charisma....Yeah its pretty cwappy about our time differences coz I always like to catch up with my Canadian & American friends but most times you are all either sleeping or working & same for me,except the working bit lol...So reading about yourself gave me a fair indication what sort of person you really are and I like what I read, very impressive. It would be nice to get to know you more especially being fans of Gemista/W&G (shhhhhh) LOL . Thank you so much for your 'awesome' words/comments about me thats so nice of you! (I'm still pondering about the 'wise' compliment tho ). J/k,thanx .. It was a pleasure reading you & knowing you =).You're a very nice and intelligent gal & also very humourous too! (you're a bit like kouks lol)...Take good care & hopefully one day we catch up....Your mate from DownUnder,Laki
btw,I see that 'Ozstralia' is high on your list for countries to visit,so if you're ever considering visiting Oz, I highly recommend Melbourne(Victoria) lol.Our state motto is The Place To Be, which is very true! Great entertaiment, very fine restaurants/cafes in abundance as well as nightclubs & bars to your hearts content, & plenty of Greeks too LOL(nearly 400k of us :P) & that applies to anyone contemplating a visit to Oz..Regards, Travel & Tourism Minister

And here you go my Gemista pal!. They should appease our grumbling tummys for a few hours lol. I actually made Gemista the other day (without mince) so here's some leftovers.I hope you like the vegetarian variety! yum yum! (where's Plain? LOL)

Another great interview & guest Mavicim. Big thanx to you, Cheers!
Cant wait for our next guest Jack! :P

first of all, i want to say, i enjoyed reading your interview soooo tooooo very much, and after i finsih reading every question i tell myself, I HOPE IT WON"T BE THE LAST, you're very nice, great, fantastic, funny, polite, respectful, wonderful, kind sister/friend/person, i am soooooooo glad to meet you!

i really get confused, what color you like most Angelikie??, black??, maybe cuz it's similar to your leps color?? lol (JK), i'll choose the darkyellow, it's my favorite color, i HOPE you will like it!!

Yes I noticed that. Orwa must have been going through some serious withdrawals

haha, lol, yeah, it was sooo difficult, specialy it was time of announing winners of the contest + our ATL women are sooooooooooooooooooooo impatient, i hope you were with them, i think you will kill us!!

If you went shopping with me and asked me if the clothes looked good on you or not… I will tell you. So don’t ask me for feedback if you aren’t willing to accept something other than what you want to hear

i liked all your description of yourself, it's nice from the begain to end!
but wait, You have a nice taste in fasion??, well, so IF i meet you someday and we went shopping, i'll ask you for your opinion, okay??
and don't worry, i am not from those people who just like to hear what they're expecting, so you can tell me your opinion honestly, okay???
and if you comed to China or Syria one day, and we went shopping, you'll ask me about my taste, ha????!

Look at my nails, I got them manicured just for the show, do you like? I figured everyone would be focusing their attention on them while I “speak”

hmmm, i can't see anything, but okay, they look nice as long as it's on you, don't worry, but wait, What color is it??, black?? to be matching with the leps?? lol (JKJK)

I love New Jersey. Many people have a certain perception of this state based on stereotypes ----- (Angelikie's discription of New Jersey)--------

But there's no anything about Greece??, i'd love to know somethings about greece, i think it's lil nearly to Syria, i heard that, i don't know!!

Well, I get woken up by the alarm on my phone

haha, so your phone wake you up??, that's nice, BUT WHEN???, When you wake up and when you sleep!!!??, depend on that we will know if you're lazy or not!!

    - what is the best day in your life ?

    - what is the most favorite threads to you ?

You did not answer, What's the the best day in your life???, i am really not interest to know, but if that will make you tired, then I WANT TO KNOW, WHAT"S THE BEST DAY IN YOUR LIFE Angelikie????

Another goal of mine is to open my own restaurant

To open your own restaurant??, why you have this goal??, why exactly a restaurant??, you like to cook??, or to be waiter??, or eating for free??, or what exactly??

    Will Smith

Great, i agree with you, will smith amazing in his all movies!!

Okay, since I need to follow directions, I’ll limit the list to just five: Orwa, Mares, Jandros , UltimateDJ, and Koukla. Of course, everyone I’ve met here would enrich my lives in some way if I met them.

WOW sister, i don't know what to say, I am on top of the list??, i can't believe, i am blushed (My face became so red), it's an amazing honor to meet you someday, i wish!!

    5. From Orwa: I learned a lot about your culture. I never met anyone from a Syrian descent. You taught me about foods and lifestyle from your native country. I also learned how to be a big sister to a little brother. I never did that before…. I also learned that I have multiple personality from you…lol

WOW again, you learned something from me??, so that's good??, haha, i taught you about food in Syria??, and why you wanted to know?? lol
you don't have a little brother??, well, so i should proud to call you my big sister!!!
haha, "I have multiple personality from you", so that's good???!!

    a close sister ? Orwa..haha
    - a close brother ? Orwa

aaaaaaa, i am your brother and sister in that forum??, but okay, it's works too, i work all jobs, i can be a mother if you want!!lololol (JKJK)

orwa: My loveable brother.

Angelikie my lovable sister, i just missed one thing while you aren't in the forum, it was the BED TIME STORY, i don't know what happened, i didn't sleep well + everyday i wake up so late, so i hope you will come back soon and tell me the story!
Some people tried to tell me a good story, it was great, but not like yours!!

Orwa: You can build stuff and boost morale. I know you didn’t put me to work, but you have the tools

hmmmm, okay, i like to work, no problem, but i may give you the tools and you help me, cuz i heard that you're professional too!!

Tigress: You can establish the rules .

Another goal of mine is to open my own restaurant.
sweetie, I did not know about this disease, and am sorry too know about your beloved ones, nor did not know of your plans to create an organization to help... ohh your dreams/goals are so beautiful, and I want to be one of the first Mexican to buy one of your handbags ....

    Hi Angie!

Nice interview dear; I really enjoyed reading it and learning more about NJ and yourself

I'm sorry to hear about Huntington's disease affecting your relatives & I think your idea to get people's attention to this is great and I wish you a huge success in it!

First of all.... may I please have your autograph???

What a fabulous interview. You are a very interesting and entertaining person.

I cannot believe that so many of my favorite entertainers come from New Jersey? Who knew???
David Cassidy? OMG! I had such a crush on him when I was young. John Travolta? Frank Sinatra? Jerry Lewis????

I LOVE Franki Valli too. I have not seen the Jersey Boys (Broadway play about the Four Seasons) but I would go just for the music.

Anyway, I think it's wonderful that you are not just sitting around and letting Huntington's Disease just continue it's course. By making and selling handbags your are taking control and I truly admire that about you.

College Basketball is my all time favorite sport to follow. I'm so glad to have someone of your experience and caliber here at ATL!

Thnaks for letting us get to know you better!

@Mares: Thanks so much for your kind words. I felt the same way you did when I first met you. I was very comfortable talking to you and you made it so much easier for me to open up. Its great we became friends and it's really no accident that you always end up on the KINDEST list in everyone's interview

@Laki: Γεια σου Laki! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για την γεμιστά! Ήταν νοστιμότατο I'm glad you read my interview and dropped me a few lines! I also thank you very much for your kind words. I'm glad you found it entertaining. I also don't mind being compared to Kouks...she is funny. Btw... you should become a travel agent or something. Have you sold cars or something before Seriously though, I appreciate your advice. Australia is a place I really want to go. But, I have to go to Brazil first. Before I get ahead of myself, I need lefta first..haha I will take your advice into consideration though. There's a lot of Greeks in Bergen (where I'm from), Essex, Passaic Morris, Hudson, and Union counties. Apparently not enough to rank though. There's plenty in New York though. If you ever have a chance to go there, go to Astoria in Queens. It's like "Little Greece". Many Greek cafes, restaurants, shopping and nightclubs there. If Plain stopped by I may share some!!

@Orwa: Since you love yellow so much, here you go You are the one who keeps giving me black lips. It's very gothic. My nails arent' black, they are clear color I apologize, I forgot that question. I have fixed it...so relook at it. My answer will not make sense, but if you want to pm me to find out more, you may. Of course I learned a lot from you. I learned a lot from everyone. I think Damary's said, it doesn't matter how old you are, someone has something to offer or share what they know because we have all experienced different things. I used the clothes thing as an example. I'm just trying to say I'm pretty blunt. I have a hard time laughing when something isn't funny or smiling when I'm not happy. It's just how I am. As far as fashion is concerned, I think I am a pretty good judge. Thank you for your wonderful compliments to me. I have been an older sister to sisters, not brothers...

@Tigress: Thank you love for your input. I understand your busy, and I thank you for reading my interview. It took me like 4-5 hours!! I started getting tired and lazy at the end. xoxo

@Maha: Thank you too for stopping by to read my interview! You NEVER made me feel bad. I just read your posts and can relate to how you may feel. Don't worry, you never had to defend yourself to me. Every country has gone through a bad time or rough spot in their history. Its never a bad thing to be defensive or expressive with how you feel in regards to such hardships. As I have said before, you are a very sweet girl and being sensitive isn't a bad thing at all. I appreciate all the nice things you have said about me. I'm glad I was able to share my feelings with everyone. I'm glad you agree with me about Laki and Jess. They are awesome people. As far as Obama is concerned, I have not met the guy, but I have read biographies and researched him. He is fascinating and admirable. Far from Bush (I did not vote for him by the way)!! Yes dear, I went to college and I played basketball in college. Now I have a job and coach college basketball. Coaching is fun, but I miss playing. It's different to try to explain to someone how to do something, rather than just doing it yourself. It's wierd. If you want to know more, I will tell you. I can go on and on about basketball..

@El Raisa: Thanks sweetie for your compliment. I may be sweet, but I do have an angry side though... I'm not all peaches all the time...trust me haha

@Zahra2008: Wow! The first to purchase my handbags? That would be great!! I haven't decided exactly how to execute this plan of selling them. But I do have beautiful material to work with, so I'm starting to draft the handbags. Soon I will be sewing it! Thanks so much for your sweetness! It's great to see someone who wants to help your cause. That means a lot! I sincerely thank you. I see the Mex Moderator up now! Yay... its official! xoxo

@Citlalli: Thank you dear! I realized that I did not include you in my description. I aplogize! I think your great too! Always helpful and in pretty much every thread. You always have nice words to say about others and always courteous. Also, a great personality

@Damarys: You had a crush on David Cassidy too? He was definitly a teen heart throb in his prime. My mother had a crush on him as well. haha He was what Zac Efron is now I think. I liked watching the Partridge Family. I grew up watching all the shows my parents liked: I Dream of Jeannie, The Jeffersons, All in The Family, Bewitched, MASH, F Troop, The Brady Bunch, ect.

I'm glad you mentioned Jersey Boys. I REALLY want to see it on Broadway. The tickets are really expensive though. I will in the near future. That's next on my list. I heard from Istanbulgal and others that have seen it; that there isn't as much music and there is explaining the history of the group. Nonetheless, it would def be worth it to see!

Huntington's disease is curable and it's said that if funding continues, in 10 years there could be a cure. The problem is that stem cell research must continue and above all, when there is a cure, it doesnt' get bought out by some pharmaceutical company and not put on the market. I appreciate your admiration. I just want to help those who can't help themselves.

Basketball is my passion. I could literally talk for hours about it. Matter of fact, I may just start a basketball thread right here on ATL. There's a runners thread, why not basketball

Frankie Valli (a true Italian-American hero if there ever was one) was born in New Jersey??? I thought he and all of his boyz were from Brooklyn! Silly me.

Well, nice interview Angeliki, that's about all I have to say

    You KNOW I'm joking

I love New Jersey. Many people have a certain perception of this state based on stereotypes. In actuallity, this state is actually “separated” into three sections: North Jersey, Central Jersey, and South Jersey....

I heard a story a long time ago: A bunch of North New Jerseyians wanted to invade and annex NYC to Newark, but they overshot and disappeared into the north Bronx and were never heard from again. Is that true???

    Kevin Spacey

Awesome actor!! One of my top 5 favorites for sure!

    Bruce Sprinstein

    Bruuuuce!!!!

    Bruce Willis

    Bruuuuce!!!!

I hate people who ruin a steak by putting ketchup on it…lol….

Oh God yes! I mean no ketchup on steak, it should be a capital crime!

Okay, since I need to follow directions, I’ll limit the list to just five: Orwa, Mares, Jandros , UltimateDJ, and Koukla.

Such a pleasant little group! ... and thank you!

... ATL what things I learned on this site:

    2. From Jandros and Ultimate DJ: Chivalry isn’t dead.

....... you can fool some of the people all the time ..... J/K! Thank you again my friend, but I think it's easy if a man can measure himself as you did:

... to not be threatened by a woman who is independent.
... doesn’t use supression to make them feel more masculine.
... he will ask for directions when he is lost…haha.

    (Well, ok, nobody's perfect...)
... treats women like most men treat their mothers.

    - the smart one ? Jandros- I think everyone knows why I picked him

... uuuuuh ..... no i dunno .... whut? why? whuss dat sposed to mean?

I'm blushing too much to quote everything you said, but just know that I appreciate it tremendously!

-Jandros: Your wise and you’d probably figrure out a way to make water from sand or something.lol

Of course!! And I have the formula etched in beach sand!

-I write comedies. I won contests when I was in school.

My Chemistry teacher always thought I was really funny too!!

    -Yogi Berra

Money! It's as good as cash! J/K, I'm just in a strange (weird) mood today

    -All the Bourne Movies ...

Me too me too! And I thought ... but only on second thought, oddly enough ... that Matt Damon was perfect for those movies. But he won't do a fourth one ...

-The Green Mile- The movie is touching and so is the book.

I loved the movie, but I never even thought about reading the book. It's on my list now.

I saved your best for last:

"... If happiness is to be so measured, I who cannot hear or see have every reason to sit in a corner with folded hands and weep. If I am happy in spite of my deprivations, if my happiness is so deep that it is a faith, so thoughtful that it becomes a philosophy of life...."-Helen Keller

“Happiness adds and multiplies as it is divided by others.”

Great quotes. I colored the part that, I think, can define and total-sum the perfection of happiness, because then it will become perpetual motion; added, multiplied, and divided by others, to infinity.

Marvelous interview Angeliki, a true masterpiece. And Maviii, thanks again!!!

Now truth be told, I haven't finished reading all of your interview yet ... just a warning, I might terrorize you again tomorrow ;-)
Having problems with vertigo for 2-3 days ... it's temporary, a mild case and it will pass, but for now I can't stay on the computer as much as normal :-/ ...
