    The Lovely Bones

    Same old story: the book's better than the movie.
    The hours of pain have yielded good,
    Which prosperous days refused;
    As herbs, though scentless when entire,
    Spread fragrance when they’re bruised.

    @songlover26 yeah that movie was really awesome, I related to a lot of stuff n it, and cried twice! o.0 but yeah I watch Indian movies, not much but I do watch, and have posted about my recent watches here, perhaps you haven't noticed em, New York and My Name Is Khan. and if you have any recommendations for me, they're very welcome.
    @missdaisy thanks, recently I've been watching really good Indian movies.

    I agree 110% with you. An the good thing is that the movie depicts reality in a comic way and also gives a nice message.
    Oh! you are right may be I didn't notice . Well i didn't see New York but I saw My Name is Khan and it was AWESOME with a beautiful message. We need more movies like MNK. And if Shah Rukh Khan doesn't win this years Best Actor award I will be Surprised!! Because the year is about to end and I haven't seen anyone yet who can match his performance as Rizwan Khan. Well there is a reason he is called "King Khan"
    I can recommend you literally tons of movies that i personally feel are good. But more than my opinion it depends on your taste. I mean whether you prefer Comedy, Romance, Some social message. Let me know your preference and I will be honored to assist you

    ***
    To assist my ATL friends in picking up the movies that are Worth watching (Because many are not ) I started a thread. May be You can give it a look.

    The Highlights are the one's I enjoyed watching.

    * Any Preference of Actor or Actress?

    * * *

    I don't know whether Miss Daisy told you or not but she is the President of the Bollywood Club she mentioned
    So I guess you gained her approval

    @songlover26 yeah MNK *as you call it* was really good, and New York too, however couldn't help but notice that they had the same message, but both are really good, I enjoyed a movie with dancing
    and I'll check the thread inshallah.
    and I'm happy I got accepted by the president
