"Zof" is the male version of "Zofe", which means "lady's maid" or "abigail".
Of course it's very rare used and even unusual in German mother-tongues.
I believe it's just choosed by rhyme-purposes ("Philisoph" <-> "Zof")
"Zof" is definetly not comparable to "slave" (german:"Sklave"), but more to "attendant" or "manservant" (german: "Diener").
I prefer to translate the line "bist Dir hoerig wie ein Zof" with
"you are a slave to yourself, like an attendant/a manservant"
