I can't talk German fluent, I'm Dutch.. but this is what I could make of it.
Maybe someone else can help you out some more.

"Zof" is the male version of "Zofe", which means "lady's maid" or "abigail".
Of course it's very rare used and even unusual in German mother-tongues.
I believe it's just choosed by rhyme-purposes ("Philisoph" <-> "Zof")

"Zof" is definetly not comparable to "slave" (german:"Sklave"), but more to "attendant" or "manservant" (german: "Diener").

I prefer to translate the line "bist Dir hoerig wie ein Zof" with
"you are a slave to yourself, like an attendant/a manservant"
