I could think of a better way of this german sentence:
Es ist nicht meines Wissens, Dass ein Geliebter dazu fähig ist, Hart herzig zu sein

My suggestion is: ICH KANN NICHT GLAUBEN, dass ein LIEBENDER fähig ist hartherzig zu sein (instead of "Es ist nicht meines Wissens")


@susu: it´s great theat you provide the german translation. Maybe you can provide also the arabic lyrics. So some more people can look over it and we can get the best translation for it.

I was just wondering why you decapitalized F? Is it not a noun there?

"fremd" here is an adjective
you could also translate the sentence: you have become strange to me

But I think feuersteve´s translation "you have become a stranger" sounds better.

The noun would be "Fremder" = stranger
