Innerhalb einer Sekunde hast du mich um deinen Finger gewickelt
Innerhalb einer sekunde HABE ICH DICH um den Finger gewickelt

and for: when it´s gonna sink in..... you can also say:
wann hast Du´s endlich kapiert
