what is the meaning of these words wich scooter says in his song named "posse"

This is not german, I guess Scooter is playing with words. The ending -ski is known for words with polish origin. But in this case I think this words have no meaning.

If we take the root of this wors: LAKIER and MATERIAL

It could beL LACKIEREN - which means painting/spraying
MATERIAL = material


Heiligeili could be: Halligalli and this means a lot fun, action is´t similar to the english: hurly-burly
