a) celebrate/party (i think both is oK, I would choose "celebrate"
b) we are purely born there
c)Nobody knows what´s what anymore
or maybe: nobody knwos anything (?)

But I am not sure if this is propper english.

The singer refers to Berhold Brecht who was a very famous writer/Author in Germany.


And another thing:
Reden ist Silber, Reden ist Gold
here the singer does playing with words to the famous proverb "Rede ist silber - schweigen ist gold" which would be: Talking is silver - silence is golden:

In this case: Talking is silver, silence is golden.

Thanks for your help. I have added your suggestions to the translation.

"We all read Mangas and never take a break" When I was first doing this one I came up with "We read all Mangas and no Brecht" but I didn't know about the writer so I came up with the wrong meaning for Brecht. Do you think it is more correct as "We read all Mangas and no Brecht" or as "We all read Mangas and no Brecht"?

I am not sure if I understand this. Did you mean "Talking is silver, talking is golden" as meaning silence is not valued anymore?

I would say: We all read Mangas....
"ALLE" means here everybody, so its: we all read Mangas....


an know... I even do not know myself what I wanted to say with talking/silver/golden.

The word for word tranlsation is - as you said: talking is silver, talking is golden.
II think it is referring to the proverg talkin is silver but silence is golden. And I think the singer means here, that talking becaómes more value.

I noticed that the corrections that I added the first time seemed to have disappeared. I was certain that I checked it after editing and it was changed but when I checked it today it was as I originally posted it. I corrected it again hopefully it will stay that way.

I was thinking these might be more correct as:

What you hear old women say is depressing
You know yes believing we are criminals

I am changing the text to this. If anyone thiks this is not correct please let me know.

it seems like as if we are all criminals


the word "Ja/Yes" in the german sentence is just a filling word without a meaning, just to strengthen then message.

man könnte ja meinen means something like: as is everybody believes.... it seems like...
