Where do you see the "as"?

It's the "stand", though I'd also add a "still" in brackets

Yes, theirs is far from my usual type of music. I usually steer clear of their music. Their lyrics are sometimes confusing to me with double meanings and such but this song is very mellow, for them. nahnou had a suggestion and I decided to pursue it. Find all the "Ohne Dich" songs.

I misread the meaning of the lyrics. I added the as so it would read "like you."
Is it correct to think it is saying in the second one: For you time stands still?

As for the first one I'm real confused as to the meaning.

For the first one: Just leave the "as" aside and it's perfect
The second one: Yes, that sounds nearly like a good way to put it - "with you time stands still" and then in the following line "(they are) not worthwhile"
