You look so good, that it becomes completely different to me
Oh ... the second part of the line is meant in a different way, like "that I start to feel dizzy" or something like this. "Mir wird ganz anders" wants to express that you feel strange, akward.

Ich krieg weiche Knie - mein Herz klopft so laut wie nie
I get weak in the knees – My heart never beats so loud
Or: "... my hearts beats as loud as it never does"

Als sagtest Du mir - Ich sehn mich doch auch nach Dir
as if you said to me – I see myself for you as well.
"sehn" is a short form of "sehnen", not "sehen" I myself long for you as well ...
