pretty bad what you do (down there) and that nothing remains anymore/and that nothing is spared" -> it's not a question, the way you put it, it sounds like one! the use of treiben in this case comes close to the meaning the word "machen" has.

I should have picked up on the missing "d" in und. Haha! Instead I wrongly went in another direction. I figured maybe it should have been an "um" and went with treibt. Thats where I got "afflicts" from, umtreiben. In confusion there is no telling where I will go.
