Ummm ... not exactly What you translated would be "lass mich so etwas für die Ewigkeit spüren", by letting out the "this for" you get the real meaning.

... - and stand in the midst of it

Mal über allen Wolken schweben - ein Stern ist noch frei
Time floats above all clouds – a star is still free
Where is the "Time"? Did you think it hid in "Mal"? That's translated with "once" here

Oh for sure "you'll get there" Your recent translations are really great! The things we mention for corrections are most of the time very small things!
