German World Cup animation video

Hi all,

I've seen in the news a very funny song with an animation video made for the World Cup and I checked it on Youtube. I suppose it was German because the lyrics were in German. I remember they were singing about each country that is participating in the World Cup and it was really cool. The video itself was the players in the pitch and it was all animation. A friend asked me to find it but I can't remember what was the song called or who sang it anymore. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

Hi Tahira, thanks for your reply and links.
No... it's none of those. They say something about each team playing the World Cup, it starts with something like "Portugal has the best players...", and they go on with other countries (Spain has the best team, etc). The video shows animated players, in the style of South Park and it's so funny it made it to the news. I just can't find it! Grrrr.

Mentioning "South Park" was the right hint for me, as I came across this yesterday.

The melody is a cover of "Give me hope Joanna" fromt hte 80ies.
