Hi! There isnt Ş=Sh=Sch sound in Greek. And also X(h) sound is more powerful. turkish h is weak. and ts(ç) sound in greek is lisp but in turkish normal like in chair.
I'm studying at Greek lang. & literature in Ankara university. these r true.

The above I don't know them at all (or immagine the equivalent Greek words).

And with the following you mean???

cambaz - tzambazis (tsambatsis???)
çapacul tsapatulis (tspatsoulis??)
çatra patra tsatra pat (you certainly mean tsatra-patra)
çadır tsiantiri (you mean tsantiri)

This is something we don't use (if you mean something like Kapali carsi, then no we don't use it)
çarşı charsi

aşksız geçen bir hayatın verimsiz sıkıntısı,
bozkırımın yabanı, şehrimin canavarı, benden korkma,
maneviyatla yüklü ifadelerle, duvarların sana ilk aşkını hatırlatıyorlar,
çoğu ilgisizce boş, her nerde olsan seni büküyorlar

last year, i met with WORLD RUNNING RACE's GREEK TEAM and they wanted BAKLAVA and TURKISH COFFEE when they had break time!

i find a good place for them.

and we talked about this subject. They told these things:

"We know that COFFEE is TURKISH but in greece we call it GREEK COFFE... we have drunk it for many many years... may be the reason is that WE LOVE TURKISH COFFEE SO MUCH so we call it as GREEK because of this big love"
