Identification and translation of greek lullaby

If somone could identify the composer/artist and song title I would be very happy. A translation to English would also be great.

It begins something like this:

ena ine pou sou miazi
ena pou vgeni tin avgi
kai san glikoharazi

And the refrain goes:

An m'agapas k'ine oniro
pote na min xypniso
