hehehe hello my dears! after christmas I sow myself in the mirror ..... and now I go to the gym once a week even though I don't have free time... heh the most difficult things for me is "eat"... I love eat but now I have to eat smaller that before

hehehe.. it's difficult to make it a routine.. i remember when i used to go.. i was sitting on the sofa thinking: "and now i have to go to??? its so cold outside" buufff.. but once u are there, u meet people and then it makes easier to go often.. plus if u see a nice guy, although u will never know him.. u go only for see him! hehehee
