... again, 9 months from then, would take us to the 16th of February ... that would be an "Aquarious" and "Aquarious" (surprisingly as it may) is an "Air" sign ...

... then again, in 9 months time, it would be the 16th of November ... which would be a "Scorpio" ... and "Scorpio" is a "Water" sign ...

... 9 months on ... would be the 16th of August again and the "cycle" would be "complete" and "start again onwards" ...

... it takes 3 years for this "cycle" to happen ...

... the point being that, the person would "go through", "experience" if you like, ALL of the "Four Elements" ... and more specifically "experience" each Element's characteristics through, the "corresponding sign's persona" ...
e.g.

Fire - Leo

Earth - Taurus

Air - Aquarious

Water - Scorpio

... in fact, if you "figure out" your own "cycle" and "see" through your life ... you will notice that, there is a "pattern" ...

... a certain "way" you are, when you go through your "Air" period ... maybe more "inclined" to use more words, rather than actions ... maybe more allowing "to go where the wind blows" ...
