This is yet another of those songs that "Greek-speaking" people would know ... almost "instinctivly" ... !!! ... The first "unit" is actually "spoken" ... the legendary Melina Merkouri ... essentially her voice ... from a b&w movie ... the kind "older" generations grew-up hearing ... ... It is a beautiful, little, mesmerising melody with a compulsive verse to compliment it ... ... ... ...

... I simply MUST get some sleep ... !!! ... I am feeling absolutely "worn-out" ... which is usually the "cue" for me to try to get to bed ... ... ... I have "no words", min skjønne drøm (... still, cannot figure out the difference with "drømmer" I'm afraid ... ) ... ... All I am able to say is "mange takk for deg" ... ... ...
