lyrics to Giannis Tassios song

Hello all,

I have been listening to various Greek pop music stations on my computer, and really like Giannis Tassios' Oute Ston Ehthro Mou (or is that Exthro Mou?). I had hoped that listening to Greek lyrics would help me learn a little of the language, but other than "agape mou," I'm not very far along! I would love the lyrics in Greek and English.

So if you'll continue to forgive my ignorance...I heard another song a year or so ago that seemed to have the same melody as Oute Stan Ehthro Mou, but the words seemed different and the arrangement was very different. It included a catchy refrain that sounded like "chicky dan," and the audience clapped in time. I once had the artist's name and even found an album title (the title reminded me of the Italian word for chocolate, cioccolata), but I seem to have lost the information.

Can anyone help?

The song's name is Chiculata,and the singer is Giwrgos Ksanthiwtis..He is from Ksanthi,Greece.

True, there's no standard system of μετατροπή του ελληνικού αλφαβήτου με λατινικούς χαρακτήρες, nevertheless it would look odd to many... "innocent" eyes.

Gail, "ehthro" and "exthro" is one and the same. It could look like "ex8ro" too. This difference comes from the way people transcribe Greek alphabet into Latin script (aka Greeklish): some prefer (or are used to) the phonetic resemblance, others - the graphical resemblance of the letters.
