True, there's no standard system of μετατροπή του ελληνικού αλφαβήτου με λατινικούς χαρακτήρες, nevertheless it would look odd to many... "innocent" eyes.
Gail, "ehthro" and "exthro" is one and the same. It could look like "ex8ro" too. This difference comes from the way people transcribe Greek alphabet into Latin script (aka Greeklish): some prefer (or are used to) the phonetic resemblance, others - the graphical resemblance of the letters.
